Hours in Accounting:	24 semester hours in accounting at the undergraduate or graduate level including elementary principles of accounting and at least one course in each of the following: intermediate or advanced accounting, auditing, taxation and cost accounting. Additionally, must have 24 hours in business courses other than accounting.
Exam sitting requirements:	150 hours (including B.A.)
Experience Requirements:	1 year experience gained through employment in government, industry, academia or public practice providing any type of service or advice involving the use of accounting, attest, management advisory, financial advisory, tax, or consulting skills, all of which were verified by a licensee.
Ethics Exam:	Must pass AICPA Professional Ethics Exam for initial licensure.
