Getting Started with the CPA Exam

Hear from members of the AICPA Exams Team who help write the CPA Exam. Get the lowdown on the advantages of the CPA, career paths, the Exam process, content covered on the Exam and what a successful Exam prep strategy looks like. Attendees will also be able to ask questions of our presenters and CPA Q&A support team throughout.

How a CPA Exam Question is Created

Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a multiple-choice question (MCQ), or item, is developed, from start to finish. Members of the AICPA Exams Team will pull back the curtain and share how we determine what content to include on the Exam, just how many people and subject-matter experts contribute to the development of an item, the careful wording considerations of each item, and more. Presenters will also be answering attendee questions throughout. If you have questions around this topic, feel free to submit them on the registration form below, and our presenters may address them during the live webcast. You may also submit a question during the actual webcast.

CPA Exam Q&A with NASBA

If you've got questions about the Exam process - eligibility, application, administration, etc., you won't want to miss this webcast. NASBA's Director of Client Services, Pat Hartman, will dedicate this time to answering attendee questions. You can either submit your question(s) in advance when registering for this webcast, or ask them live during the webcast. A team of dedicated NASBA staff will also be on hand to assist with Q&A. Either way, we want to make sure you walk away with your questions answered, and that you feel well prepared and supported. If submitting your question(s) in advance, please do so by May 14. You may still register for this webcast after that date, but the cutoff date to submit questions will be May 14.
